Job Summary
Digicraft is hiring a Female Customer Support Representative to assist customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to handle customer inquiries professionally.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.
- Process customer orders and update order details.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and courier companies.
- Generate shipping labels from courier portals.
- Follow up on pending and delivered orders.
- Handle customer complaints politely and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain customer records and order history.
- Escalate technical or product-related issues when required.
- Achieve customer satisfaction by providing timely support.
Requirements
- Female candidate (required).
- Intermediate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply (experience is a plus).
- Excellent Urdu communication skills; basic English is preferred.
- Good typing speed and computer skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
